Summons Help

After being summoned for jury service: |

You will need to respond to the Juror Summons within
7 days. Using your computer or smart phone, you will need to fill out the juror questionnaire
at the juror portal Login page.
To login, you will need to enter the 6 digit Juror ID and 5 digit eSignature ID (located on the
front-side bottom-left corner of your summons post card).
The login page will also ask you to enter your date of birth.
And then to check the status of your reporting date and time, you will need to log back into the
portal Login page for further updates and instructions.
If you've lost your Summons post card and need to request a replacement, you can do so by clicking
on the Chat Now button at the bottom of the Login page,
or by contacting us by email at juror@elkhartcounty.com. Please include your Juror ID number if you are contacting us by email. |
